Team Coordinator (Insurance Claims)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients

What you will do

• Lead and support a team responsible for insurance claims operations across Germany, Austria, Ireland, and the Czech Republic.
• Manage daily priorities, workload distribution, and escalations in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with stakeholders on process improvements and claims-related initiatives across multiple markets.
• Conduct process analysis, process mapping, and data gathering to identify optimization opportunities.
• Recommend and help implement solutions that improve efficiency and service quality in the Claims area.

Requirements

• Proven experience in people management or team leadership.
• Strong prioritization, workload management, and escalation-handling skills.
• Experience in process improvement and/or project management.
• Proactive, independent, and highly communicative working style.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Hybrid availability in Warsaw, including at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.

Nice to have

• German and/or Czech language skills.
• Experience supporting international claims operations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with business analysis, process optimization, or operational transformation.
