Managing Consultant IT Strategy & Transformation - Consultant IT H/F

Location: Courbevoie, Hauts-de-Seine, France; based in the Paris region with mobility depending on client assignments

What you will do

• Assess IT organizations, governance, processes, and performance.
• Develop strategic recommendations and actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Design target operating models and evolve organizations around products, platforms, and services.
• Transform IT practices using ITIL 4, SRE, Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and Agile at scale.
• Define performance indicators and management mechanisms.
• Engage stakeholders and support adoption of new ways of working.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of IT experience, including 6 years in a comparable role.
• Significant experience in management consulting and/or transforming a large IT organization.
• Strong expertise in IT operating models, organization design, IT governance, IT service management, performance management, or organizational change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Based in the Paris region and able to travel depending on client assignments.

Nice to have

• ITIL, SAFe, Cloud, SRE, or DevOps certifications.
