Management Traineeship Business & Tech

Location: Hybrid, primarily Schiphol-Rijk, with work at Amstelveen and Schiphol Airport and collaboration with colleagues in Valbonne, Toulouse and Paris. Applicants must have the indefinite right to work in the Netherlands; hirify.global cannot assist with work permit applications.

Salary: €4,068.14 gross per month, plus an 8% holiday allowance, an 8.33% end-of-year bonus and profit sharing of up to 20%.

What you will do

• Complete four assignments across hirify.global divisions during the two-year management traineeship.
• Lead agile teams and develop digital platforms, including a freight-forwarder platform from minimum viable product to go-live.
• Lead international IT implementations, including Office 365 solutions across Amsterdam, Valbonne, Toulouse and Paris.
• Explore AI applications for flight-schedule optimization and large-scale data analysis.
• Contribute to API development, self-service check-in equipment, private ChatGPT environments and digital integrations with SkyTeam partners.

Requirements

• University of applied sciences or research university degree in business administration, data science, computer engineering, information management or another digital field.
• Strong analytical skills and an affinity with IT, demonstrated through application development or leadership of a technology project.
• Knowledge of or familiarity with design thinking, Agile, Lean methodologies or Scrum.
• Fluent English at C2 level is required.
• Ideally, no more than two years of relevant work experience; graduates and young professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Successful completion of the required security screening and an approved Declaration of No Objection are mandatory.

Nice to have

• Interest in generative AI, cloud computing, sustainable IT, robotics, autonomous operations, virtual and augmented reality, DevSecOps or data science.
• Potential for future leadership, initiative, resilience and a results-oriented approach.

Hiring process
