Global Investment Research, Equity Research, Australia REITs, Analyst/Associate (REITs)

Location: Sydney, NSW, Australia; office-based role.

What you will do

• Support the single-stock research analyst covering the REITs sector.
• Build, maintain, and update company forecasts, financial models, and valuation models.
• Analyze market share, macroeconomic trends, company fundamentals, and subsector data.
• Write research notes and update monthly reports and marketing presentations.
• Conduct statistical analysis of economic data, fundamentals, and relevant correlations.
• Coordinate with content management and respond to ad hoc requests from clients, sales, and traders.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably with a major in finance or accounting.
• More than one year of relevant work experience, preferably in REITs, real estate, investment, or strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong financial modeling, numerical, analytical, organizational, and creative skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform financial statement, business, and valuation analysis.
