Investment Analyst Summer Associate (Global Equity)

What you will do

• Rotate through strategies within the Global Value Equity and Global Growth Equity teams during a 12-week summer associate program.
• Research and model currently owned and potential new equity investments.
• Analyze company financial documents, third-party reports, management interviews, industry groups, and investment themes.
• Recommend stock purchases and sales based on fundamental research.
• Prepare analytical data for weekly equity investment meetings and participate in company presentations.

Requirements

• First-year MBA student, preferably concentrating in finance, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong analytical, research, communication, planning, coordination, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while covering multiple sectors.
• Curious, motivated, creative, open-minded, logical, determined, flexible, and highly ethical approach.
• Ability to internalize and implement the investment process and communicate accurately and concisely.
• Ability to comply with the scheduled office attendance requirement in Kansas City.

Nice to have

• Experience covering stocks.
