Marketing & Communications Specialist

Location: Tallinn, Estonia; hybrid. International travel and on-site involvement at exhibitions and major company events are required.

What you will do

• Coordinate press releases, company, partnership and product announcements, media requests, interviews and journalist outreach.
• Align messaging, approvals and timing with senior management, Sales, partners and other stakeholders.
• Manage the company’s presence at exhibitions, product launches, factory openings and other major events.
• Coordinate booth concepts, product presentations, visual materials, videos, printed assets and event partners.
• Find, brief and manage creative agencies, designers, video producers, printers, exhibition suppliers and other external specialists.
• Manage timelines, budgets, approvals and dependencies across parallel communications and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in communications, PR, marketing, events or similar project-based work.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong writing, editing and narrative skills.
• Strong project-management, organisational and stakeholder-coordination abilities.
• Confidence working with senior management, Sales, agencies, journalists, suppliers and business partners.
• Ability to understand technical topics and communicate them clearly, with strong visual judgement and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work on site at exhibitions and major company events.
