SOC Operations Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Monitor networks, investigate security breaches, and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
• Document incidents, assess damage, and confirm intrusion information.
• Test networks, identify vulnerabilities, and support penetration testing.
• Fix vulnerabilities and implement security controls including firewalls and data encryption.
• Create forensically sound file duplicates, decrypt data, and analyze recovered information.
• Support real-time cyber defense activities for deployable Incident Response Teams.

Requirements

• Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline
• At least 1 year of overall experience, including experience with Splunk Enterprise Security
• Experience with or certifications related to Microsoft Sentinel, GMON, GCIH, GCFA, GCIA, or GNFA
• Ability to work onsite in the United States
