Cybersecurity Analyst

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Healthcare-focused managed services provider and technology partner delivering secure IT, cybersecurity, application, revenue cycle, and business intelligence solutions to healthcare and senior living organizations.

What you will do

• Review, triage, investigate, and resolve cybersecurity requests, alerts, incidents, and escalations.
• Monitor network and system activity and help mitigate potential security threats.
• Support email security, Active Directory, Group Policy, firewall, cloud security, and multi-factor authentication requests.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, assist with penetration testing, and perform security audits.
• Implement, maintain, and monitor security controls while supporting cybersecurity projects and continuous improvement.
• Communicate risks and mitigation strategies, manage security awareness initiatives, and maintain cybersecurity documentation and procedures.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related IT discipline.
• Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, or vulnerability management platforms.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, firewall administration, access rules, and routing concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Security+‍, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or similar certification.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, healthcare compliance, security controls, and risk management.
• Experience in regulated, healthcare, managed services, or client-facing technology environments.
