Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Assess Jenkins pipelines, UrbanCode Deploy processes, scripts, integrations, and dependencies.
• Design and implement GitLab CI/CD pipelines and reusable templates for builds, testing, security scanning, artifacts, and deployments.
• Create and maintain reusable Terraform modules for infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
• Migrate application pipelines across development, testing, staging, and production environments without disrupting release schedules.
• Integrate pipelines with cloud platforms, artifact repositories, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, monitoring, and access-control solutions.
• Document migration architecture and procedures, troubleshoot deployment issues, provide hypercare, and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD engineering, release automation, or platform engineering.
• Advanced experience with GitLab CI/CD, runners, pipeline templates, variables, environments, artifacts, and deployment controls.
• Strong experience developing Terraform modules and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins pipelines and IBM UrbanCode Deploy or a comparable enterprise deployment platform.
• Strong scripting skills with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Groovy, plus experience with Git branching and release management.
• Experience supporting cloud applications and infrastructure, preferably on AWS, with strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
