Third Party Risk Mgmt Process Improvement Analyst

Location: Vienna, VA, United States; hybrid work model with onsite attendance three days per week.

Pay rate: $50–$60 per hour. Contract position with long-term engagement expected.

What you will do

• Document current-state and future-state third-party risk management processes, workflows, roles, responsibilities, and dependencies.
• Facilitate discussions with risk subject matter experts and business stakeholders to capture requirements and process flows.
• Create and maintain workflow maps, SOPs, procedures, operational guidance, and risk management methodology documentation.
• Identify process enhancement opportunities and support continuous improvement across the TPRM program.
• Develop desktop job aids and reference materials for PVM and business-unit stakeholders.
• Support standardization of risk assessment methodologies, templates, and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with third-party risk management.
• Experience with process mapping, process documentation, business requirements, and workflow analysis.
• Ability to work with risk SMEs and business stakeholders to document operational processes.
• Experience creating workflow maps, SOPs, job aids, and risk assessment documentation.
• Strong understanding of governance, standardization, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work onsite in Vienna, VA three days per week.
