Maintenance Program Systems Engineer (Aircraft Maintenance)

Location: Getafe, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working when possible, with occasional travel to hirify.global and customer facilities.

What you will do

• Perform systems MSG-3 analyses to identify scheduled maintenance requirements for assigned aircraft.
• Present MSG-3 analyses to operators and airworthiness authorities, including EASA and INTA/CQC.
• Provide technical support to customers on scheduled maintenance requirements and ASAC Services.
• Assess aircraft design changes, modifications, and in-service engineering documentation for their impact on MSG-3 analyses, MRBR, and MPD.
• Analyse customer maintenance inspection reports and support maintenance interval evolution and escalation exercises.
• Develop and customize operator maintenance programs while optimizing maintenance task intervals and responding to technical queries.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems, especially systems used on the aircraft under responsibility.
• Good oral and written presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a highly demanding environment.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills for working with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
