Placement Year - Business Management Intern - Ireland

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work with regular travel to the Dublin office. Applicants must be able to live and work in the UK.

What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of a new hirify.global program.
• Analyse market data and contribute to local strategy.
• Support partner sales teams with plan implementation and program engagement.
• Build relationships with commercial and retail partners to bring the program to market.
• Support local trade shows, partner events, and marketing communications.
• Lead the intern charity initiative and manage upcoming projects.

Requirements

• 13-month placement running from July 1, 2027, to July 31, 2028.
• Ability to live and work in the UK and work in a hybrid arrangement with regular travel to the Dublin office.
• Current enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Interest in teamwork, relationship-building, learning, and professional development.
