Change & Technology Management Summer Internship 2027

Location: Swindon, UK; hybrid with a minimum of two days per week in the office and within commuting distance.

Salary: £24,968.58 pro rata for the 10-week internship.

What you will do

• Join a project or workstream within the change function.
• Support change delivery and take ownership of discrete delivery elements.
• Develop an understanding of how change is managed across the insurance business.
• Explore different roles within change management and technology.
• Contribute to customer experience initiatives and collaborate with colleagues and partners worldwide.

Requirements

• Must be in the penultimate year of an undergraduate degree and on track for a 2:1 or equivalent.
• Must have at least 96 UCAS points, plus GCSE Maths and English at grades A*–C or 9–4.
• Must have indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK and have resided in the UK for at least three consecutive years.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build working relationships.
• Ability to understand complex concepts and work flexibly in a varied business environment.

Nice to have

• Interest in working in technology.
• An IT-related degree is not required.
