Chief of Staff Associate – Investor Relations

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 annual base salary, plus variable year-end compensation.

What you will do

• Lead or support a varied portfolio of projects for senior Investor Relations leaders and business unit management.
• Develop and drive progress on annual goals and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to analyses that support fundraising strategy and resource allocation.
• Develop generative AI capabilities and strategy for Investor Relations.
• Generate reporting for internal audiences and expand responsibilities based on business needs and career goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree.
• At least one year of professional experience.
• Experience managing projects and processes, strong attention to detail, and well-developed analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work in New York, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, investment management, or a similar field.
• Knowledge of the hedge fund or alternative investments industry.
• Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence.
