Manager, Global Product Support Engineer (Thin Film/Wet Clean EQ)

Location: Singapore, Science Park II, moving to Tampines from April 27

Global materials science and engineering company developing and servicing equipment used in semiconductor and advanced display manufacturing.

What you will do

• Lead a global product support team or program for new and existing semiconductor equipment.
• Provide customer-facing technical support, including installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex systems.
• Drive resolution of high-value customer problems and key field issues with engineering, quality, reliability, and field service teams.
• Capture corrective actions and lessons learned in new product design intent and contribute to FMECA activities.
• Develop service procedures and Best Known Methods, participate in design reviews, and own beta-site test plans and reporting.
• Align product training plans with Global Technical Training and train trainers for new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment, product support, field service, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of vacuum chambers used in PVD or CVD and wet-clean products.
• Hands-on experience with electromechanical semiconductor assemblies.
• Prior people leadership or technical team management experience.
• Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, stakeholder management, new product introduction, and customer-facing technical program experience.
