Expert Process Manager T Cloud Public (Cloud)

Location: Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, or Szeged, Hungary; remote working is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.

What you will do

• Adapt and implement ITIL, Agile, and DevOps processes for modern cloud IT operations.
• Coordinate data center technicians and vendors on hardware replacement schedules, parts delivery, and service alignment.
• Track hardware incidents and operational tasks in Jira Service Management.
• Maintain operational workflows and standard operating procedures in Confluence.
• Manage security reporting, replacement documentation, proofs of work, and safety compliance.
• Automate workflows, design internal tools and services, and improve broader process landscapes.

Requirements

• Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or business subject, or comparable professional training.
• At least 3 years of professional IT experience with a focus on modern cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of process creation and documentation, especially for DevOps.
• Extensive knowledge of infrastructure automation and agile development processes.
• Customer-oriented approach and ability to assess technical solutions creatively.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• OpenStack experience.
• Programming experience in open source projects.
