IT Environment Manager / Infrastructure Project Manager (Core Banking)

Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk or Warsaw, Poland, with 2–3 days per week in the office

Salary: 800–1,200 PLN/day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Own and coordinate development, test, and pre-production environments, with production support when required.
• Plan environment availability, refreshes, deployments, infrastructure updates, testing activities, and release schedules.
• Coordinate environment-related work across multiple Agile Release Trains and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Manage dependencies, risks, impediments, Jira work items, vendors, and external technical teams.
• Coordinate database imports, Trial Conversion activities, user access, environment lifecycle management, and technical support.
• Support migration, dress rehearsal, and Production Go Live events, including occasional evening, night, or weekend activities.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT project management, infrastructure management, IT service management, or environment management.
• Experience with complex IT environments, infrastructure dependencies, releases, deployments, and testing processes.
• Experience coordinating technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and external dependencies.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains.
• Knowledge of risk, dependency, issue, stakeholder, and technical backlog management, including Jira.
• Fluent English is required, together with strong communication, collaboration, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking or another highly regulated environment.
• Experience with cloud and on-premise infrastructure, databases, data migration, CI/CD, and application deployment.
