Operations Manager (m/f/d) - Mannheim (Hospitality Operations)

Location: On-site in Mannheim, Germany, with occasional regional travel

What you will do

• Own daily operations across a multi-site portfolio in Mannheim and the surrounding region.
• Coordinate local teams, service providers, property managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor quality standards, KPIs, cost ratios, and P&L metrics to improve performance and profitability.
• Support pre-opening and go-live phases, ensuring operational readiness and smooth handovers.
• Manage cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and other service provider relationships.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience, Project Development, Expansion, and the international Operations team.

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in Tourism, Hospitality, Facilities, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in operations or hospitality.
• Strong process orientation, data-driven decision-making skills, and experience with KPIs and SOPs.
• Professional communication and partnership-building skills for working with landlords, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Based in Mannheim or the surrounding area and able to travel regionally when required.
• German and English at C1 level.
