Project Manager / Business Continuity Specialist (DORA)

Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa or Łódź, Poland, with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: 800–1,000 PLN per day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Manage the development and delivery of more than 70 ICT Business Continuity Plans.
• Coordinate dependencies, delivery plans, workload, resources, risks, and potential delays across multiple projects.
• Develop and enhance ICT BCP frameworks, templates, standards, testing methodologies, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate the approval process and lifecycle management of ICT Business Continuity documentation.
• Align ICT BCP scope, content, and priorities with programme stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between technology, risk, operational resilience, and business teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Business Continuity Management frameworks, methodologies, or documentation.
• Good understanding of DORA regulations and ICT resilience requirements in the financial sector.
• Experience creating project documentation, reports, presentations, governance materials, processes, procedures, policies, and frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• English proficiency sufficient for effective collaboration with international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery, and Governance & Risk Documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
