IPOST Clinical Community Analyst

What you will do

• Manage investigator portals from study start-up through close-out and archiving.
• Develop and implement site engagement and communication strategies with study teams.
• Create, maintain, and publish portal content, including news, communications, surveys, forms, dashboards, and study resources.
• Coordinate portal launches, user management, ongoing activities, and vendor collaboration.
• Monitor portal activity, investigate and resolve issues, and identify improvements to the site experience.
• Lead portal planning meetings and contribute to training, documentation, process improvements, and technology projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in clinical trials or clinical research.
• Hands-on experience with investigator portals or similar clinical technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and study conduct.
• Strong organisational, project coordination, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global or multi-regional clinical trials.
• Experience working with study teams, investigators, sites, or clinical technology vendors.
• Experience delivering training, onboarding, or user support.
• Knowledge of site engagement strategies and change management principles.
• Additional language skills.
