AI Native Founding Product and Platform Engineer

What you will do

• Lead architecture and hands-on delivery for ambitious customer-facing digital products.
• Design and develop solutions across frontend experiences, backend services, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.
• Build platform capabilities including CI/CD, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and observability.
• Convert successful engineering patterns into reusable services, frameworks, libraries, and architectural standards.
• Automate and standardize development workflows to improve delivery speed and safety.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product leads and designers to raise technical standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across product engineering and platform or SRE work.
• Expert-level React and TypeScript experience, plus deep distributed backend development with Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Architectural-level experience with AWS or GCP and Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Experience designing scalable, resilient, and observable systems, including monitoring, tracing, testing, Prometheus, Grafana, or Jaeger.
• Experience working with Product and Design teams and taking a hands-on builder approach to technical leadership.
