What you will do

• Identify and report linguistic bugs to ensure natural and culturally accurate in-game text and menus.
• Test games ranging from indie titles to AAA blockbusters following industry-standard LQA methods.
• Document linguistic issues in professional bug databases and verify that fixes hit the mark.
• Write and refine test cases and establish best practices for the LQA process.
• Collaborate with developers and translators early in the cycle to shape how localization is tested.
• Optimize workflows and share knowledge to raise quality standards across the team.

Requirements

• Extreme attention to detail and a passion for gaming culture.
• Confidence in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and MS Office tools.
• Must have the right to work in Spain.
• Must be based in Madrid for full-time on-site work.

Nice to have

• Experience in LQA, translation, or proofreading.
• Familiarity with translation systems or test case management tools.
• Understanding of current gaming trends and culture.
• Degree in linguistics or a related field.
