Brand Identity & Design Coordinator

What you will do

• Manage the intake, prioritisation and allocation of creative requests according to business priorities.
• Coordinate studio workflows, resource planning, stand-ups and prioritisation meetings.
• Work with stakeholders to create clear creative briefs and guide teams on studio processes.
• Advise teams on applying the brand identity consistently across customer and employee communications.
• Coordinate brand governance and communications review processes, ensuring submissions are complete, compliant and tracked.
• Improve workflows, reporting, templates and the use of approved AI and digital tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand, marketing, design agency, creative services or a similar coordination role.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
• Experience with workflow, project management or planning tools and strong Microsoft 365 capabilities.
• Knowledge of brand governance, creative production workflows or regulated environments.
