What you will do

• Support the China commercial leader in analyzing and improving regional commercial results.
• Advise on Greater China commercial strategy and coordinate internal resources for key initiatives and deals.
• Lead cross-functional projects to standardize commercial processes, SOPs, CRM systems, data analytics toolkits, and training programs.
• Take direct accountability for critical and complex special projects.
• Coordinate with global functional teams to deliver commercial, product, and operational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top institution.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in a top-tier consulting firm, venture capital, or investment banking.
• Experience synthesizing multiple information sources into coherent frameworks for business opportunities and challenges.
• Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with analytical tools and methodologies.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating stakeholders and driving implementation.
• Strong ownership mentality, resilience under pressure, and ability to navigate a global organization.
