hirify.global is offering a contract opportunity focused on healthcare billing, accounts receivable, and collections management.

What you will do

• Oversee Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and private-pay billing and collections.
• Manage claims, denials, follow-up activities, and payer escalations.
• Supervise and support Accounts Receivable Analysts, including training, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Monitor billing accuracy and timely processing while resolving issues with payers and third-party billing providers.
• Partner with internal teams to maintain accurate authorizations and billing.
• Improve revenue, cash flow, and billing processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare billing and collections experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing.
• Healthcare or behavioral health billing experience.
• Strong knowledge of claims, denials, reimbursement, and payer processes.
• Experience with third-party billing companies, billing systems, Microsoft Excel, analysis, organization, and communication.

Nice to have

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
