Senior Real Estate Analyst

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annual

What you will do

• Underwrite acquisition and recapitalization opportunities.
• Create, maintain, and update financial models using Microsoft Excel and Argus.
• Support debt and equity capitalization closing processes.
• Prepare offering memorandums for equity investors and lending institutions.
• Research market data and support financial, market, and property-level due diligence.
• Review leases, loan documents, partnership agreements, abstracts, and third-party reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, statistics, business administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate finance preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Work based in Wilmington, Delaware.

Nice to have

• Experience with Argus Enterprise.
• Academic concentration in finance, real estate, or economics.
