CrowdStrike Platform Senior Resident Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA - Remote; travel of up to 25% may be required.

Base salary: $100,000–$155,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

Cybersecurity company building an AI-native platform that protects organizations by processing large-scale security event data and preventing breaches.

What you will do

• Plan, deploy, configure, optimize, and support the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and related applications.
• Help enterprise customers operationalize Falcon modules and troubleshoot deployment and platform issues.
• Engineer software deployment solutions and develop scripts and applications using Falcon APIs.
• Integrate CrowdStrike with existing customer tools and support vulnerability, asset, incident response, and compromise assessment activities.
• Manage customer project planning and status while collaborating with customer IT teams and internal Professional Services teams.
• Develop customer-facing materials and lead technical skills workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience with IT deployments or end-user/customer environments.
• Strong understanding of software deployment technologies and working knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Strong computer and network security experience, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Strong communication, presentation, project prioritization, mentoring, and collaborative relationship-building skills.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Falcon, endpoint security, antivirus, or EDR solutions.
• Experience with SCCM, Group Policy, BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, or related deployment technologies.
• Development experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Batch.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management, attack surface management, IT automation, identity, SIEM, databases, or cloud platforms.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, Splunk, or LogScale.
