Cyber Security & Privacy Director - CrowdStrike (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, with in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site in Arlington, Virginia; Los Angeles, San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Charlotte, Dallas, Boston, or Philadelphia, United States.

Salary: $217,580–$281,494 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end CrowdStrike Falcon deployments across MDR, NG-SIEM, Identity Protection, Cloud Security, Exposure Management, and Falcon Complete.
• Serve as technical lead for sensor deployment, policy tuning, detection engineering, platform health, and recurring optimization.
• Design custom detections, escalation workflows, and automated response playbooks aligned with client operating models.
• Lead client workshops, executive briefings, quarterly business reviews, and advisory engagements.
• Support scoping, pricing, proposals, engagement financials, and margin management for MSS, MDR, and NG-SIEM opportunities.
• Mentor delivery staff and contribute to SOC capability development, sales enablement, and the CrowdStrike alliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity consulting experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on CrowdStrike Falcon experience.
• Experience deploying and managing Falcon modules including Insight, Prevent, Identity Protection, NG-SIEM, Cloud Security, and Falcon Complete.
• Strong knowledge of SOC operating models, MITRE ATT&CK, incident response, and detection engineering.
• Proficiency with CrowdStrike query and scripting languages, including CQL/Falcon Query Language, Python, or PowerShell.
• Relevant certifications are required, such as CrowdStrike certifications, CIPP, CIPM, CISSP, or CISM.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating CrowdStrike with Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, or Google SecOps.
• Familiarity with agentic SOAR workflows and Charlotte AI use cases.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements and translating technical concepts for CISO and CIO audiences.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
