Salary: $65,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from intake through placement.
• Lead searches and advise clients on hiring strategy, compensation, and talent availability.
• Build targeted candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms.
• Conduct structured interviews, evaluate candidates, and present curated shortlists with written assessments.
• Manage interview preparation, feedback, offers, counteroffers, and start dates.
• Develop client and candidate relationships, identify new search opportunities, maintain records in Bullhorn, and meet placement and revenue goals.

Requirements

• Five or more years of agency recruiting experience.
• Recruiting experience in administrative and office support, legal, human resources, or finance and accounting.
• Demonstrated success producing placements and revenue.
• Experience managing direct-hire, contract, or contract-to-hire searches.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, communication, organization, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to advise clients, assess candidates with sound judgment, and consistently follow through.

• Business development experience or established client relationships.
• Experience guiding less-experienced team members.
