Senior Technical Program Manager (Systems)

Location: New York, NY 10036

Salary: $225,000–$325,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and developers to plan, coordinate, and deliver technology platforms.
• Manage strategies, milestones, and execution frameworks across multiple complex initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent program delivery.
• Develop and improve program management processes, efficiency, and outcomes.
• Lead Linux OS migrations, cloud infrastructure build-outs, and other foundational technology upgrades.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience leading technical programs in infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Strong project management skills and experience coordinating multiple high-impact initiatives.
• Technical background in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with coding and scripting, Linux, and cloud environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including stakeholder influence in ambiguous situations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-performance computing environments and multi-node architectures.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and migration strategies.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud ecosystems and automation tools.
• Experience with large-scale OS migration projects.
• Advanced degree or experience overseeing complex, multi-year technical programs.
