What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize messaging infrastructure across Microsoft Exchange on-premises and Online, Postfix, Outlook, and Office 365.
• Serve as the senior escalation point and subject matter expert for mail systems, ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
• Lead modernization efforts, including migration from Exchange Web Services to Microsoft Graph API, Outlook COM integration work, and Postfix improvements.
• Collaborate with development teams on GenAI initiatives, including Outlook JavaScript add-ins and related integrations.
• Improve mail security and anti-spam strategies using tools such as Proofpoint.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience managing complex Microsoft Exchange environments and Postfix.
• Expertise troubleshooting Outlook clients and resolving mail-system anomalies.
• Strong knowledge of mail security, anti-spam solutions, and threat mitigation.
• Familiarity with EWS, Microsoft Graph API, MAPI, Office JavaScript, and related APIs.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, and C#.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with mail migration and platform modernization projects.
• Knowledge of cloud communication services and APIs.
• Certifications related to Microsoft 365, email security, or messaging infrastructure.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and automation tools.
