Transport Planner (Logistics)

What you will do

• Monitor parcel shipments and secure end-to-end logistical performance and product availability.
• Plan and execute outbound consignments from warehouses according to buyer needs.
• Source optimal solutions, pricing, and execution for extraordinary freight shipments.
• Reschedule or cancel shipments, manage operational deviations, and identify opportunities to improve delivery planning parameters.
• Coordinate daily operations with carriers, suppliers, transport service providers, retailers, and internal supply chain stakeholders.
• Contribute to improvements in delivery operations processes, systems, working methods, and documentation.

Requirements

• Knowledge of logistics, economics, business administration, or relevant professional experience.
• Experience with problem-solving, deadlines, analytical work, numerical tasks, and process-oriented operations.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain tools and working methods, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English and good speaking, reading, and writing skills in Mandarin are required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, monitor operations, make decisions, and support stakeholders.
