CSER Project Specialist (Supply Chain Sustainability)

What you will do

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain sustainability and supply chain data from internal teams and suppliers.
• Support supplier ESG assessments, responsible procurement, responsible minerals due diligence, performance tracking, and corrective-action follow-up.
• Prepare data summaries, scorecards, dashboards, presentations, management reports, and program documentation.
• Coordinate supplier trainings, webinars, meetings, invitations, attendance records, materials, notes, and post-event actions.
• Track supplier responses, deadlines, participation, open actions, and overdue follow-ups.
• Collaborate with sourcing, quality, engineering, finance, legal, ESG, and other stakeholders on sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, environmental engineering, supply chain management, business, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sustainability, responsible sourcing, ESG, supply chain management, or renewable energy.
• Strong attention to detail, structured information management, ownership, reliability, and follow-through.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets, organize datasets, perform basic data checks, and prepare clear summaries.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese are required.

Nice to have

• Internship, project, or coursework experience in sustainability, ESG, responsible procurement, supplier management, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Teams, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with supplier ESG assessments, RBA principles, responsible minerals, human rights, environmental management, or corrective-action plans.
• Experience working with international teams, suppliers, or cross-functional stakeholders.
