Supervisor, Referrals (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; candidates currently living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $71,100–$97,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Supervise referral and authorization processing.
• Monitor and coordinate referral and authorization activities across the team.
• Prioritize associate caseloads and implement contingency operations to meet performance standards.
• Research and resolve issues related to referrals and authorizations.
• Facilitate training, coach associates, and complete performance management plans.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required under the Department of Defense contract.
• Interim approval for an NBIS government security clearance is required.
• Applicants currently living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired.
• At least 3 years of supervisory, management, or team lead experience.
• At least 5 years of referral and authorization management experience.
• Previous or current TRICARE experience.
• Dedicated home workspace and internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
