What you will do

• Manage financial reports and reconciliations for bank product accounting systems.
• Oversee reconciliation of incoming and outgoing funds affecting the general ledger and third-party-owned portfolios.
• Supervise staff, support training, and ensure accurate delivery against internal and external deadlines.
• Monitor compliance with bank policies, GAAP, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Design, implement, maintain, and enhance internal controls and risk assessments.
• Participate in internal and external audits, business initiatives, vendor management, and senior management updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related work experience, or a combined minimum of 6 years of higher education and/or work experience including at least 2 years of related experience.
• At least 1 year of work leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, accounting controls, GAAP, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
• Ability to manage staff performance, staffing decisions, and operational deadlines.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Accounting experience in a financial services firm.
• Familiarity with loan and deposit servicing.
