Audit Manager- Asset Management

Salary: $101,300–$139,690 per year

What you will do

• Deliver audit, assurance, and consulting services to asset management and financial services clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals, challenges, and operational needs.
• Assess internal controls, perform testing, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Manage audit fieldwork, engagement staffing, billing, collections, profitability, quality, and timely delivery.
• Provide financial statement guidance, business recommendations, and analytical insights.
• Mentor and coach associates while supporting their technical and professional development.

Requirements

• Four-year degree and CPA certification.
• At least five years of professional experience.
• Strong technical audit and accounting foundation, including financial statement auditing.
• Management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide client service, and maintain high ethical and quality standards.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of financial statement auditing experience in a professional services firm.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience mentoring and counseling associates.
• Asset management experience with funds and broker-dealers.
• Experience with Level III valuations.
• Advanced Microsoft Suite and software skills; ability to travel as needed.
