Senior Operations Manager, Liquidity Management (Crypto)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain daily Standard Operating Procedures to ensure continuity and integrity of liquidity management operations.
• Manage fund transfers, operational fees, and follow up on faulty transfers.
• Handle trade capture and ledger reconciliations.
• Investigate trade mismatches and resolve operational exceptions.
• Collaborate with liquidity managers, technical leads, and business analysts to design efficient workflows.

Requirements

• Experience with crypto exchange account structures, fund flows, and international fund transfers.
• Understanding of SWIFT, SEPA, transfer charges, foreign exchange spreads, and intermediary bank fees.
• Fluency in English and Chinese for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills.
• Genuine interest in the crypto industry and understanding of business objectives.

Nice to have

• Auditing experience and experience working with compliance and finance teams.
• Knowledge of financial markets, including futures, perpetual swaps, options, and digital assets.
