Project Coordinator Intern (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Document and help optimize manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Collect, analyze, and report process data while observing shop-floor operations.
• Identify improvement opportunities, track process issues, and support corrective actions.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, action logs, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, follow up on action items, and support communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, project management, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• English communication skills required for working in a global environment.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations.
• Knowledge of project management fundamentals.
