Intern-Regional Study Coordinator

What you will do

• Learn the scope of hirify.global Central Laboratory Services and its support for pharmaceutical clients.
• Learn the roles and responsibilities of project management and other clinical study departments.
• Support understanding of regional study coordination activities, including logistics, study supplies, laboratory test results, and sample management.
• Understand regional liaison responsibilities between Central Laboratory Services, the Global Study Manager, and internal departments.
• Build practical knowledge of study management from setup through closure.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Chemistry, or Engineering.
• Final-year students expected to graduate in July 2027 are preferred. Students at all academic levels in relevant fields may apply.
• At least three months of experience using computer and office software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organization, multitasking, communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a high-performance team environment.

Nice to have

• Interest in artificial intelligence, generative AI, data science, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Experience delivering multiple academic or professional projects.
• Ability to analyze complex information and identify solutions.
