R&D Project Management & Productivity Intern (AI)

Location: Tianjin (Teda); onsite at least 4 days per week

What you will do

• Develop AI agents and automation tools for project management activities.
• Build AI-powered project knowledge management solutions for collecting and retrieving lessons learned.
• Create tools to organize and summarize project risks, escalations, and action items.
• Explore AI applications for schedule planning, resource planning, and execution tracking.
• Support copilots, dashboards, workflow automation, and AI technology deployment for engineering productivity.
• Collaborate with PMO, project managers, and engineering teams to identify high-impact use cases.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Python programming.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, or workflow automation tools.
• Understanding of software development and data analysis fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite at least 4 days per week in Tianjin (Teda).
