Intern Regional Study Coordinator (AI)

Location: SIMZ Pudong, Shanghai, China; full-time onsite

What you will do

• Learn the scope of hirify.global Central Laboratory Services and its project management roles.
• Support understanding of regional study coordination activities for global clinical studies.
• Coordinate information related to logistics, study supplies, laboratory test results, and sample management.
• Understand collaboration between the Regional Study Coordinator, Global Study Manager, pharmaceutical clients, and internal departments.
• Participate in study coordination from setup through closure.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Chemistry, or Engineering.
• Students expected to graduate in July 2027 are preferred. Students at all academic levels in relevant fields may apply.
• At least 3 months of experience using computer and office software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organization, multitasking, written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and analyze complex information.

Nice to have

• Interest in artificial intelligence, generative AI, data science, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent AI productivity tools.
• Experience using AI tools for information gathering, data analysis, documentation, reporting, or project coordination.
• Experience delivering multiple academic or professional projects.
