Senior Talent Sourcer (AI Sourcing)

Location: Remote in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, or Mexico with Pacific Time hours, or onsite at the Redwood City office

Salary: $2,150–$4,250 USD per month

What you will do

• Build targeted candidate pipelines for technical and go-to-market roles.
• Use Juicebox, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related sourcing platforms to identify qualified candidates.
• Create automated sourcing workflows and outreach campaigns, including personalized candidate communication.
• Translate job requirements into sourcing strategies and maintain accurate search documentation.
• Maintain candidate records, notes, tags, and pipeline stages in Ashby.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers, track outreach performance, and adjust sourcing strategies to address pipeline gaps.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup or technology environment.
• Deep experience sourcing for technical or go-to-market roles.
• Strong knowledge of talent automation and AI-powered sourcing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Juicebox, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related sourcing tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, documentation, written communication, and candidate outreach skills.
• Must be comfortable working Pacific Time hours.
