Recruiting Talent Sourcer

Location: Remote in Ontario, with the role based in Ottawa or Toronto/GTA

Salary: CAD 70,000–80,000 per year

What you will do

• Support and execute sourcing strategies for critical roles across the organization, including C-suite positions.
• Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, networking, and other sourcing methods to identify active and passive candidates.
• Engage candidates, build relationships, and generate interest in available opportunities.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to clarify hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Evaluate candidates, present shortlisted profiles, and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide insights into candidate engagement and recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing.
• Strong proficiency with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, networking, and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build candidate relationships.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and hiring managers.
• Strong attention to detail, data management, and sourcing metrics analysis.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment technology platforms; ability to work from a quiet, secure home workspace.
