Technical Delivery Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, or candidates eligible for an H-1B transfer; new H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end service delivery for assigned customer accounts and advise the Account General Manager on delivery matters.
• Review customer contracts, terms, and conditions, and assess their impact on delivery.
• Coordinate infrastructure, security, IT, implementation, engineering, product management, and shared service teams.
• Implement delivery status reporting tailored to customer and internal stakeholders.
• Establish data- and metrics-driven governance with systematic escalation processes, including escalation to the COO when necessary.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and other people management activities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Strong program management skills covering both strategic and tactical delivery management.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to balance client value with cost optimization.
• Experience collaborating across deeply matrixed environments and large teams.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare and Medicaid businesses, clients, and solutions.
