Service Delivery Manager

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of 2 days per week from an HPE office

What you will do

• Manage employees, daily priorities, recruitment, development, and cost control within the area of responsibility.
• Plan and direct contracted business activities across the full contract lifecycle for a portfolio of contracts.
• Own contract revenue, margin, growth potential, budgets, expenses, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead solution, operational service, partner, and subcontractor teams delivering customer services.
• Build senior customer relationships, lead negotiations, and contribute to account planning and new business development.
• Oversee customer governance, performance metrics, escalation management, change management, and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of client management experience and 8 or more years of industry experience.
• Experience managing complex portfolios of annuity services deals worth up to $25 million or more annually.
• Experience with small and midsize deals involving multiple countries, business units, or product lines.
• Capability in P&L management, financial concepts, contract law, customer relationship development, negotiation, presentation, and communication.
• Experience leading virtual teams and working across organizational boundaries in ambiguous environments.
