TI Senior Commercial Officer (Energy)

Location: Beijing, China; the role supports the service business in Taiwan

What you will do

• Manage the complete commercial lifecycle of local service projects, including calculations, financial planning, forecasting, controlling, and project scoping.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities throughout project execution.
• Oversee contracts, Letters of Agreement, invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, and cash-flow activities.
• Prepare monthly forecasts, cost-center reports, project financial statements, and variance analyses.
• Ensure project accounting, revenue recognition, closing activities, and audit documentation meet hirify.global standards and local Taiwanese regulations.
• Coordinate with sales, project teams, customers, suppliers, and central finance while maintaining data quality in financial planning systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial project management, project controlling, or a comparable financial role in an industrial or service-oriented business.
• Experience with Taiwanese accounting standards and financial regulations is required for the role’s compliance responsibilities.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, project scoping, risk management, and invoicing.
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO/PS modules and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently in a standalone commercial finance position.
