Senior Associate, Fund Accounting

Location: Hong Kong, hybrid

What you will do

• Ensure accurate and timely client deliverables in line with service-level agreements.
• Prepare periodic client NAV reporting packages.
• Prepare annual and semi-annual fund financial statements under IFRS, US GAAP, Lux GAAP, and other applicable accounting standards.
• Coordinate financial statement preparation with clients, auditors, and internal SS&C teams.
• Support new client setups, fund launches, fund conversions, issue resolution, and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• University degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, fund accounting, and reviewing different types of financial statements.
• Good knowledge of the fund industry, preferably in hedge funds.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to anticipate issues, drive solutions, and work effectively in a changing, fast-paced environment.
• Track record of delivering process improvements and a continuous-improvement mindset.
