What you will do

• Perform detailed analysis of Trader and Sales performance and client/product metrics.
• Develop and execute the business vision and strategy through relationships with APAC Trading & Sales leadership.
• Lead historical analyses, forecasts, and annual business planning processes.
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with global management teams to launch and execute regional initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and aptitude for manipulating complex data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior management and global stakeholders.
• Must be based in Hong Kong.
