Analyst (Private Equity)

Location: Hong Kong or Beijing (Onsite)

What you will do

• Execute all stages of the deal lifecycle, from sourcing and researching global markets to presenting in investment committees.
• Develop investment theses and build complex financial investment models.
• Coordinate with internal domain experts, third-party diligence advisors, and investment banks.
• Participate in deal structuring and the preparation of investment documentation.
• Monitor portfolio companies post-investment and support strategic projects including M&A and capital raising.
• Liaise directly with target company management teams and founders.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking and/or private equity investing.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
• Strong technical proficiency in financial analysis, research, and model building.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong accounting and business assessment skills.
