Supply Chain Engineering Intern

Location: On-site five days per week at the Torrance, California headquarters in the Los Angeles area; remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.

Salary: $34 per hour. Interns also receive a relocation and housing stipend.

What you will do

• Support sourcing activities for technical components and materials.
• Work with Supply Chain and Engineering teams on technical procurement.
• Support supplier development efforts.
• Translate engineering requirements into sourcing and procurement activities.
• Contribute to hands-on supply chain projects supporting reactor engineering.

Requirements

• Enrollment in at least a bachelor’s degree program, entering the junior or senior year.
• Prior internship experience or more than one year of significant project team, laboratory, or research experience.
• Strong interpersonal, technical communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments, work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Must meet U.S. Government export-control eligibility requirements: U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain the required authorizations.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.5 or above.
• University club, organization, or leadership experience.
• Experience leading student projects or presenting research.
